listed below. Should you retain Thomas Eggar for matters on which you have already
consulted our helpline, with your authorisation, we will pass on them copies of your
relevant enquiries to the helpline and associated documentation, and we will work in
partnership to provide a seamless service and to then assist you in acting on any
recommendations they may make for the future. You will remain a BusinessHR client,
but agreements regarding fees for Thomas Eggar's services, and payment
arrangements, will be made directly with them.

of the scheme and addressing the implications in writing to employees
- corporate support for acquisitions and mergers including drafting relevant letters to
employees
- advising on all tribunal matters including drafting defence, preparing statements
and bundles, and representation at tribunal (this may be on a fixed fee or on a time
basis)
- negotiating settlements and drafting settlement agreements
- seminars and workshops - either hosted by the firm alone or in conjunction with
other organisations on topical employment issues.
