Maternity, adoption, paternity and parental leave guidelines

The BusinessHR template maternity and parental leave guidelines are designed for you to issue to your employees to explain their rights relating to family leave.

Features

There are two versions of the guidelines:

  • The first is non-customisable and outlines the statutory rights A sample is available. only. The guidelines are easy to understand whilst being thorough enough to give your employees some really useful information. These also include details of rights to adoption leave and pay, paid paternity leave and time off for dependants. You can download and print as many copies as you need and simply give them to your employees.
  • Alternatively, if you offer enhanced benefits (on top of the statutory entitlements) or have particular forms or processes in addition to the statutory procedures, then you can fully customise Paid up members, or Pay as you go. the guidelines.
