How to log in

You should choose the correct login procedure based on how you gained access. For example, if you have access because you purchased a Hiscox policy, then you should use your policy number and postcode.

How to gain access to us?

Buy an appropriate policy through your broker
Register (and then purchase directly from us)
Check your professional association/institute site



Login for all clients except policy holders.	Your user ID (eg tc123,u123,x123)	Your password	If you purchased directly from us, then we would have sent you a user ID and password. (This would apply even if the price was discounted due to your membership of some organisation or via a special offer.) Lost your password? Please use the request form below.

Hiscox policy holder	Your policy number (eg 123456)	Your postcode	Access is based on an optional (paid) clause in your Hiscox policy. If you do not have access, check with your broker to enable access. Note: we only want the policy number: please drop any prefix, typically HUP16.

Broker or administrator or group policy holder	Your user ID (eg h12345 or hb1234)	Your password	Please do not drop the prefix, as it is required. You may have access via a group policy benefit, and access is also free for all registered Hiscox brokers, underwriters and regional administrators. Lost your user ID or password? Please ask the person who gave you access.

Membership benefit	If you belong to a membership organisation that gives you access to our site as a benefit, then you need to log in there and then click through to us from the appropriate benefits page.
