All payments for services should be made in advance, except for consulting service requests made by repeat customers who have made a prior arrangement with us.

If you are buying a subscription service rather than a Pay As You Go service, then the following apply:

Some subscription prices might be shown on a monthly basis for comparison purposes, but all subscription payments are made quarterly or annually in advance.

All subscription services will renew automatically at the rollover period, unless you give us three months' notice. The renewal and timed payments use WorldPay's FuturePay system, and you will be issued a FuturePay user ID and password to maintain your agreement.

Term of Agreement: minimum 12 months subject to a pricing review after 12 months. The agreement may be terminated at any time after the first anniversary by giving three months' written notice.

Services: the Contract provides access to the website and helpline as appropriate.

If you have bought access to the helpline, then the following applies:
As individual helpline usage fluctuates throughout the year according to circumstances and need, the full allocation of helpline hours is credited on an annual basis, at the beginning of the 12 month initial subscription (or its anniversary thereafter), rather than accruing on a monthly basis. If however, notice is given during the 12 month accounting period, the helpline usage allowance will be calculated on a pro rata basis and any client who has used in excess of their pro rata entitlement will be required to pay the excess at our full hourly helpline rate.
These hours and any additional helpline hours can be purchased at our hourly rate.
